Our menus change quite regularly. More than just seasonal, when we bring in fresh produce from Ontario farmers, we look towards the best way we can capture and preserve its flavour. As an example, this means that if you see things like stone fruit on our menu in the dead of winter, it won’t be some confected off the shelf liqueur, but rather a house made product we’ve been labouring over for months that is now ready to serve.
Our food of course follows in the same ethos, offering a range of small plates with kitsch 80’s flair that can feed 2-3 people when ordering the whole menu
